I placed an order, but I did not get a confirmation order.
There are some cases where an incorrect email address is imputed with the order, and some emails get bounced back on our end. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the full name that was placed with the order, what the contents were, and an updated email address.
We can resend out an email confirmation with the order number- to ensure that you are contacted when the order is shipped with tracking. Sometimes, the email confirmation is in SPAM mail- so don’t forget to check that too ^^.
I need an order by a certain time. How long do orders take to arrive?
Orders typically may take between 1-5 business days to process depending on the circumstance. Typically delays may include a sudden large influx of orders, or if the ‘OHMONAH’ team is at an event. We still try our best to ship out orders within the week they are received.
Please review over the SHIPPING information for additional information on shipping times between services and any current shipping delays.
I received my order, but there was a mistake (wrong item/missing item).
Please email us at email@example.com with your order #, a picture of the contents and the order sheet with who it was packaged by.
We will be more than happy to cover your shipping cost returning the item to us. We will do our best to swifely resolve the issue. Thank you so much for understanding human error.
I accidentally ordered the wrong size! I want to exchange.
We are open to any size or item exchanges within 14days (counting from once the item was delivered)- as long as the item is still in new packaged unworn/unwashed condition.

We are not responsible for return and reshipment costs.
Once the item has been returned to our studios, we will be emailing an invoice for reshipment costs. Please notify us of any address changes during this time.
I got my order, but one of the items is a defect.
We understand that some mistakes happen during the printing/milling process. We always try to provide the highest quality and long lasting material and print; however, sometimes some mistakes happen within the printing process. Since all of the apparel is packaged individually to insure.
We will be more than happy to cover your shipping cost returning the item to us, and we will personally inspect a new one to ship out!

We unfortunately won’t be able to reship out the new item until we receive the original defective item back to our studios to send back to the print shop for inspection. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
I got my apparel order. What is this sticky residue inside?
We have talked over with the local print ship we work with, and have been explained that this is part of the printing process. There is a sticky adhesive applied to the interior for some designs to ensure that the printing placement and colors are all aligned properly.
The residue will be gone after a wash- since the apparel is all new and fresh out of printing.
We apologize for any inconvenience this causes and thank you for being understanding with the screen printing process on our apparel.
USPS says my package was delivered, but its’ not here!
Unfortunately we are not responsible for any packages lost/ stolen after the tracking has been noted as delivered.
I have contacted USPS with filing claims for any packages lost, and they have stated- the package may be dropped or picked up by a neighbor or someone else. They recommended contacting your local USPS about the lost package and waiting 1-2 business days if the package shows up. Unfortunately there isn't anything we or USPS can do or reimburse if anything happens to the package after it is delivered.
Due to this: if package theft is high in your shipping area, we highly recommend to ship to a secure address where someone can sign for the package.
I accidentally forgot to put my APT/UNIT # on my order.
Please email us with the full correct shipping address to firstname.lastname@example.org with including your order # and name placed with the order.
As long as the order has not been shipped out yet, we can adjust the address on file with your order with no issues.
If the order was already shipped out- we will need for the package to be sent back to our studios due to an invalid address before we can reship out the new order. In the meantime, we will email you an invoice through the shop with just the reshipment costs.
What is the sizing for all of the clothes?
All of the apparel is printed within USA locally, and are US UNISEX SIZING. The sweaters and shirts are a more loose fit. Please reference our sizing chart on each of the items. Feel free to email us for any further questions email@example.com.
An item I want is out of stock? WIll you be restocking?
Most of the designs will be a shorter run. I wanted to be able to continue to create a variety of designs; but unfortunately not all the designs will be available indefinitely. Some designs have stuck around for a few years, and some designs were a 1 shot run.

I would like to cancel/refund my order
We have no issues with order cancellations! We know things happen. Email us at email@example.com with your order # and the name placed with order, and we will get that through swifely for you.
If the order has already been shipped, we unfortunately will have to wait for the items to be returned back to our studios (return shipment not provided) before we can refund the items.
I just placed an order and want another order. Can you consolidate the orders?
Unfortunately, the way the shop is setup, we are able to adjust the order on our end, but we are unable to adjust/consolidate the shipping costs and the weight on our end.
