Keycaps will be arriving at Ohmonah HQ in late August/early September 2024. After a brief quality check they will begin shipping out in early - mid September 2024. For further question please email us at info@ohmonah.shop
Aside from the CLASSICS collection, most of our designs are a short limited run. Since we are still a small artist owned business, this allows us to be able to continue creating many different designs and products.
Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions on any specific products' restock dates, or if an item is being discontinued.

All of the apparel is US ADULT UNISEX sizing.
From experience, the shirts are a bit more oversized and longer in torso length, and the sweaters and hoodies are fitted loosely (but not oversized).
Please reference our sizing charts on the respective products for more detailed information.

Once the order has been marked as delivered, you can contact us about a return or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date at info@ohmonah.shop.
The items must be in unwashed and new condition.
FOR CONVENTIONS
If you have bought an item during a convention, you are able to do an exchange during the convention and one week after the convention has ended. Any time afterwards will be all sales are final. Please have any form of receipt ready and available to make the exchange process easier.
There are some cases where incorrect contact information (email address or phone number) was inputted by the customer.

1. Full name,
2. Shipping address
3. Contents of order
We can email out the order confirmation number again once we are able to locate it.
Orders may typically take between 1-5 business days to process before shipping out.
Delays may include a sudden influx of orders or if the team is out for the week at a convention.
We are a small team, but always strive to fulfill orders in a timely manner. If an order is needed by a certain date, please select the optimal shipping option and contact us, and we will do our best to meet your needs.
Mistakes happen sometimes. We are all only human!
Please email us at info@ohmonah.shop with your order number, photos (if applicable), and what the issue is. We will do our best to accommodate and cover any return/reshipments costs for the replacement if the mistake was on our end.
Please contact us with your order number, name, and item in which you would like to adjust the size.
If the order hasn't been shipped yet, we can edit the order on our end, prior to it being fulfilled.
If the order has been shipped already, we would need the item to be returned to us before we can move onto sending out another size. Additional reshipment costs will occur.
When returning an item, please email us the tracking number, so we can anticipate it's arrival.
In the rare occasion that there is a defect, please contact us with your order number and photos of the item.
We will be more than happy to provide you a return shipping label to have it sent back for us for further examination.
Please note that we will be unable to reship out the new item until the original defective is returned back to our studios.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we always strive to catch defects during our quality control.
We have contacted our local print ship about this, and it has been explained to us that it is part of the printing process.
There is a sticky adhesive that is applied to the interior of some designs to ensure that the printing and color placements are all aligned correctly during the process.
The residue washes off after one wash, but may be most noticeable after initial purchase since all of the apparel is new and hot off the press from the print shop.

Unfortunately we are not responsible for any packages that are lost/stolen after the package has left our studio as that is all within the postal service.
We recommend contacting your local post office (of the shipping courier that was selected during checkout). There have been cases where the package does arrive a few days after.
USPS has notified us, that once a package is marked as delivered, they are not responsible for what happens to the package afterwards.
We will always try our best to accommodate; however, once we drop off the order to it's respective shipping courier, it is out of our hands.
We highly suggest keeping up to date if the order (if international) has any customs fees, and must be accepted, or a secure shipping address.
Please contact us with your order number, name, and full complete shipping address ASAP.
If the order has not been shipped, we can adjust the order on our end prior to fulfilling the order.
If the order has already been shipped, we will need to wait for the package to be redirected back to our studios (due to failed delivery) before we can reship with the correct address. Additional reshipment cost may occur.
It's ok! Things happen and we understand.
As long as the order has not been shipped, feel free to reach out to us to cancel an order.
If the order has already been shipped out, as long as it it within the 14 day return period, we would be more than happy to refund you the order, once it has been returned back to our studio.
Return shipping label is not provided for returned orders due to cancellation on the customer's side.
Unfortunately, due to the way our store is currently setup, we are unable to consolidate or add any additional items to an already placed order.
We are looking to have this feature implemented into our store, in the meantime, thank you for understanding.
We always strive our best to apply to a variety of conventions; however, some cons are REALLY hard to get into. We don't have control over the application process.
