How our preorder system works:
Preorders will be charged at the time of initial order. You will receive an order confirmation email.
Preorder items will be fulfilled at a later date. Products will have a timeframe and shipping date estimation listed on the respective product page.
The estimation is not a guarantee, orders can be delayed by supply chain and shipping issues.
Team Ohmonah will be updating the Preorder Page regularly. Emails will be sent out with production updates as well.

Can I cancel my preorder?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer cancellations on preorder items. This helps us ensure that the limited preorder stock aligns with incoming orders. Thanks for your understanding!
I've placed a preorder, but can I update my address?
Of course! As long as the order has not been shipped out, we'd happily update your shipping address.
Please send us an email or message through the shop-chat with your information:

- Name with order
- Old Shipping address
- Address you would like updated
I'm unable to locate my order number.
Order confirmations are sent to the email or phone number you used at checkout. Be sure to check your spam folder, just in case.

We’ll help retrieve your order number as long as it’s in our system.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! Our fulfillment center is located in the United States, but we can ship internationally.
We strongly recommend reading our shipping FAQ information with international shipments.
How long does fulfillment take?
Once the preorder window is closed, and the product production is completed, we'll go through quality checking the products before fulfillment.
Fulfillment time can range from a few days to a couple of weeks depending on the influx of orders, as we process them in the order that they have been placed.
