General order processing and shipping information:
All orders typically take between 3-5 business days to process prior to being shipped out.
All orders will have tracking information based on the shipping service selected at checkout. Additional order processing times may incur if there is an influx of in-person events and/or a higher-than-average volume of orders.
If there is any rush on your order, please contact us via email with your order number, and we will do our best to accommodate.
Please note that we have no control over the actual shipping time once the package has been dropped off at its respective carrier. We are not responsible for any lost packages during transit. We recommend it is best to contact the carrier with the tracking number.
Domestic Shipping options
Orders must be under 16oz. and will typically take between 3-5 days to ship after processing time. Shipping time is based on distance of zones leaving from Los Angeles, CA.
Orders that weigh over 1lb will automatically be priority mail. Orders typically take between 1-3 business days depending on the zone of travel after processing time. Shipping time is based on the distance of zones leaving from Los Angeles, CA.
UPS Ground option

!! Important International Orders Information !!
Please note: All customers are responsible for any customs fees correlated with their orders based on their respective countries. We, unfortunately, do not have any control over how each country will operate its customs fees.
Failure to accept these charges will mean that the order was abandoned and the order will be nonrefundable.
Please include your phone number and contact information in order to be notified by your local postal service of any customs fees.
International Shipping Options
USPS First Class International: Orders typically take between 7-25+ business days after processing. Due to changes in USPS policies, first-class international shipments will no longer be covered by insurance.
While being the most affordable option for international shipping, but not that once the package leaves the United States, we have little control over the transit time and tracking information.
IMPORTANT: Please note that by selecting USPS FIRST CLASS, tracking will be not available once it leaves the States. We unfortunately are not responsible for any packages lost during transit. We highly recommend selecting a DHL shipment for international travel if you would like tracking from door to door between countries.
