I placed an order, but didn't receive a order confirmation yet.

There are some cases where the order was placed with an incorrect contact information (via phone # or email). We have had some order confirmation emails bounce back to us. 
Please email us at info@ohmonah.shop with you full name, shipping address, and contents of the order and we can resend out a confirmation number. 

How long do orders take to arrive.

Orders typically take between 1-5 business days to process. This may depend on a influx of orders, or if the OHMONAH team is at a convention that event. We try to ship out the orders within the week that they are placed. 

I received my order but there was a mistake!

Thank you for letting us know about this! We are a very small team but always strive to do our best.

Please email us at info@ohmonah.shop with photos, and info on the issue. We will be more than happy to cover any return/ reshipment costs as well.  I accidentally ordered the wrong size.

The order hasn't been shipped yet.

Please email us at info@ohmonah.shop with your order number, and what item/ size you would like to adjust and we can edit the order from our end prior to shipping it out!  

The order has been shipped already.

Please email us at info@ohmonah.shop with your order number and what item/size you would like to adjust. We would need the item to be returned to us prior to us resending out the correct size. Additional reshipment costs may occur.  

I got my order, but something is a defect!

Please email us at info@ohmonah.shop with photos, and info on the issue. 
We will issue a return label for the item so we can further examine it and contact our print shop. We will be more than happy to cover any return/ reshipment costs as well.

We unfortunately won't be able to reship out the new item prior to receiving the defect first. 

I got apparel, but what is this sticky residue inside?

 We have talked over with our local print shop about this, and it has been explained to us that it is part of the process.

A sticky adhesive is applied to the interior for the same design to ensure that the printing placement and colors are aligned properly. The residue will be removed after a wash of warm water! Thank you for understanding the process since all of the apparel is fresh and printed new!

Tracking says my order was delivered, but it's not here :(

We recommend contacting the postal service about lost or stolen packages and waiting a few business days. Sometimes the package was misdelivered or arrives a few days after. 
We unfortunately are not responsible for lost/ stolen orders, so please select insurance or use a secure shipping address when placing orders. 

USPS has also notified us that once a package is marked as delivered, what happens to the package is also out of their and our control. 

I forgot to put my APT/ UNIT # on my order.

Please email us at info@ohmonah.shop with your order number and full complete shipping address. 
As long as the order has not been shipped yet, we can readjust the shipping address on our end before the shipping label is printed. 

If the order has already been shipped out, we would need to wait for the order to be redirected to us (due to failed delivery) and we will reissue an invoice for reshipment costs with the correct address

What is the sizing for all of the clothes?

All of the apparel is US UNISEX Sizing. The shirts and sweaters run a bit longer (slightly oversized). Please reference our sizing charts in each product for more detailed measurements. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us as well.

An item I want is out of stock. When will you be restocking?

Aside from our CLASSICS line, most of our apparel is a short limited run. We want to continue to create a variety of limited collections and designs, so some designs won't be staying in the store indefinitely. Thank you for understanding! Feel free to contact us via email, txt, or social media for any updates or questions on if a certain item will have an expected restock date.

I need to cancel/ refund my order

It's Ok! We understand that things happen.

If the order hasn't been shipped to us, please contact us with your order number or use our self service (chat icon located at the bottom right of the shop) to cancel your order. 

If the order has already been shipped:
there is a 14day (upon delivery date) to have the ordered refunded. Please email us with further directions to return/ process the return and refund. 
Any orders that are returned must be in new, packaged, and unwashed condition. 

I want to add something to my order/ I want to consolidate multiple orders.

Unfortunately, the way that our store is set up, we are unable to consolidate orders. We can add/edit orders, but once the shipping cost has been paid, we are unable to adjust the package weight and shipping cost of the order.
