SHIPPING POLICY
Please note that all orders will take between 3–5 business days to process and will come with tracking information based on the type of shipping. Refer below for specific shipping information.
While Ohmonah is at an event, order processing/shipping may be delayed. If any orders require urgent processing, please email info@ohmonah.shop and we will do our best to accommodate.
DOMESTIC
USPS First Class: Orders typically take between 3–5 business days after processing.
USPS Priority Mail: Orders typically take between 1–2 business days after processing.
USPS Priority Mail Express: Orders typically take between 1 business day after processing.
INTERNATIONAL
USPS First Class International: Orders typically take between 7–25 business days after processing. Please note by selecting this rate, we are not responsible for tracking the package after it leaves the country or any packages lost in transit.
DHL International Express: Orders typically take between 2–5 business days after processing. A possible delay of 1–3 additional business days may occur depending on destination. Tracking is available for this rate, and it is the suggested shipping method.
UPS International: Orders typically take between 3–7 business days after processing. Tracking is available for this rate. Please note customs delays may occur depending on destination country.
SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS (NEW SECTION)
If an order arrives damaged, the customer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (USPS, DHL, or UPS). Ohmonah is not responsible for damage that occurs during transit. Please keep all packaging and damaged items as the carrier may require photos or the original packaging for a claim.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES (NEW SECTION)
Ohmonah is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been shipped. Customers should contact the carrier (USPS, DHL, or UPS) to file a claim for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows delivery, the carrier may consider the package delivered, and a claim must be filed with the carrier.
