Refund policy

14-DAY RETURN POLICY

From the date your order is received, you have 14 days to submit a return request through our returns portal:

Once your request is approved, you will be able to generate a return shipping label.
You will have a 30-day period of time to ship the return item(s) back to us.
(If no return/ exchange shipment is sent within this time frame, the return will be voided and process cancelled)

RETURNS

Returns are accepted for items that are brand new, unworn, and unwashed.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the item cost. Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund total.
